RobTechUK provides website design and development services for individuals, small businesses, organisations, and community groups. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all website projects are subject to the following terms.
A simple one-page website will typically start from £100. For the purposes of this pricing, a "one-page website" refers to a single HTML page containing the website's primary content. Additional pages, custom functionality, integrations, databases, booking systems, e-commerce features, user accounts, or other advanced functionality may incur additional charges.
RobTechUK will provide a quotation before work begins where project requirements exceed a standard one-page website.
RobTechUK may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist with website development, content generation, image creation, logo concepts, graphics, design elements, coding, debugging, and other aspects of website production.
We are transparent about our use of AI technologies and do not charge separate fees for dedicated UI/UX designers where AI-generated assets are used. Clients may also provide their own logos, branding materials, images, or other assets for inclusion within a website.
RobTechUK may utilise third-party platforms and services including, but not limited to, GitHub, GoDaddy, Firebase, Firestore, analytics providers, hosting providers, domain registrars, and cloud service providers.
Whilst many websites operate with little or no ongoing platform costs, some services may require annual domain renewals, hosting fees, cloud storage charges, database costs, or other recurring charges depending on the size and usage of the website.
Typical examples include domain name renewals, which are often approximately £10–£20 per year, and cloud services which may range from free to a small monthly charge depending on website traffic and storage requirements.
Any ongoing third-party costs will be explained to the client where applicable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, responsibility for maintaining and paying such ongoing costs rests with the client. RobTechUK accepts no liability for websites, services, or features becoming unavailable due to unpaid third-party fees.
RobTechUK primarily develops websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, together with supporting technologies, frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud services where required. The technologies used for each project will depend on the requirements of the client and the functionality requested.
RobTechUK will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timescales. However, delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by client feedback, requested revisions, third-party services, hosting providers, or technical issues beyond our control.
